I am here in Honduras and I am absolutely loving it. The traveling Saturday could not have been more perfect. Everything worked out soo well. The Lord has blessed me with the most amazing residence in the world. The Núñez family is such a wonderful blessing. I had the best Wendy's I've ever tasted Saturday for my first meal. I spent much of the day yesterday resting and taking it all in. This place is so awesome. They have phenomenal food here, I experienced tortillas hondureñas Saturday night. This is so surreal. The word "special" is not special enough for this time.
Yesterday was a blessing from the start. I attended the church and it was one of the most amazing experiences ever. Everyone is so genuine, helpful, and desired to meet me. They welcomed me in, and I have made amazing friends! The people of the church exhibit such a glorious community. I took part in a phenomenal lunch at "the house of chicken" also. I am growing so much already, and this experience could not be any more beautiful. My first few days have been abolutely phenomenal, but words are not enough to descibe to you this truly special time. I really cannot believe it. It is not easy to describe this. May God receive glory.
The culture here is so fascinating. Honduran traffic is unique, for sure. The relationships are so valuable. It is wonderful to have Spanish surround me.
Tomorrow I am going to start teaching English at a Christian school right down the road. I am excited to see how it goes. God has provided everything I have needed and much much much more so far. He is taking care of everything.
Words just aren't enough. I must go now, but I will return in a couple days.
